All custom built systems include a 1-year warranty. Gateway, Dell and Toshiba systems include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Any parts replaced during a repair are subject to a two week warranty.
To claim your warranty customers must present receipts for the purchase of the product. If the receipt is not presented or has been altered it is not possible to claim against any warranty in effect for the product.
If the product has been mis-handled, damaged, modified or used for any other purpose than that intended by the manufacturer the warranty is voided.
Damaged resulting from fire, earthquake, fluid, thunder, natural disaster, pollution, and so on is not covered under the terms of the warranty.
TNT-PC will not guarantee retrieval of data in case of Hard Disk failure and subsequent repair.
Consumables are not subject to warranty.
TNT-PC will not be liable for any loss of business or profit resulting from a failure of a product or equipment supplied.
